In this past weekend’s opening series against the Bold City Battalion, Alex delivered an explosive performance—netting 7 goals and 1 assist to help power the Eels’ offense.

Alex’s leadership, veteran presence, and relentless drive make him a cornerstone of the Eels Premier roster. His ability to step up in big moments sets the tone for his teammates and sends a clear message—Cochran is back and ready to make this season one to remember.

Player Spotlight: Jackson Carnes

The Florida Eels are proud to recognize Jackson Carnes, a true veteran of the organization. Carnes is entering his fifth season with the Eels, a remarkable milestone that reflects his commitment, leadership, and passion for the game. This past weekend, in the home opening series against the Bold City Battalion, Jackson suited up for his 150th game in the USPHL Elite—a tremendous accomplishment few players achieve at this level.

Carnes’ experience and dedication make him a cornerstone of the Elite team, and his presence on and off the ice continues to inspire his teammates. The Eels are honored to celebrate this milestone with him and look forward to what he will accomplish this season.
