The Florida Eels have midweek games this week. On Thursday the Elite team squares off vs the Jr Blades at Hertz Arena and Friday the Premier goes to battle against their cross town rivals the Jr. Blades at Hertz Arena.
On Saturday the boys return back to the Fort Myers Skatium as both the Elite and Premier teams square off vs the Jr Blades at home.
This is the first time these two organizations meet this season. They always bring much excitement and spirit to the games whether at home at the Fort Myers Skatium or 19 miles down the road at Hertz Arena. In fact many of our fans travel to the games at Hertz Arena and we always see a strong fan base there. No matter where the venue is, in Estero or Ft Myers the Eels always have a strong following.

These are two highly competitive programs and the players bring so much to the games. Many call this one of the best rivalries in junior hockey. In the end the programs are very respected and extremely well coached. We all look forward to great games this weekend.
