Easton started playing juniors this past Fall. He played in 24 games for the Eels Elite team. He scored 11 goals with 24 assists. He was elevated to the Eels Premier team and in 20 games he scored 2 goals and 9 assists, for a combined total of 13 goals 33 assists for a total of 46 points as an Eel.
He is a perfect example of player development for the Eels program. He is a very smooth skater. Good hands and a nice shot. High hockey IQ for a young player. The coaches developed his confidence and this fueled his play. You can see from his previous year playing midgets how much he improved. He went from 19 points as a midget to 46 points playing Junior A Hockey. for the Eels. This past year was a great forum for him and it speaks volumes in his over all development as player. He is a very dedicated and determined player. He is a high character individual.
We are very excited that his play brought him under the radar of the NCDC coaches.
