The Florida Eels Premier team took total control in its 5-game series over the past 2 weekends. The Eels had 2 sets of weekend games plus a makeup of a postposed game from November when the game was canceled due to an ice defect. The Eels opened up for 40 goals in the 5 games. This was on average 8 goals per game. Equally impressive was the fact that the Eels goalies only allowed 11 goals against. For an average of 2.2 GA.

During these games 4 times Eels players tallied Hat Tricks. Indeed Jared

Figueroa had 2 Hat Tricks. JS Robidoux, had one Hat Trick – a 4 goal game Demeed Podrezov had one and Nikita Pinimyasov had a 4 goal game. The Eels Premier team has all cyclinders firing. They are extremely fast and lay out an aggressive fore-check. They are equally tenacious on the back check deyning opponents scoring chances and thaw power play opportunities. The Eels Premier have a very balanced offense. They have 3 different players with 20+ goals and another 3-4 on target to reach that plateau.  The Eels have a very impressive blueline.  Amongst them the Eels have six top defensemen in the league. They combine a shutdown defense with an extremely mobile offensive trigger that is explosive.

This team has moved 13 players up and down from their Elite squad. No doubt a model program in the USPHL for player development. The Eels Premier team has now overtaken first place with 48 points DME slightly behind at 46.  The Eels and DME have a single game this weekend in Fort Myers as a make-up game for the Palm Beach Hawks.
