Let the Chowder Cup Games Begin

Thursday we have 4 teams kicking off the Mini Chowder Cup Showcase. Approximately 80 players competeing as Eels this weekend

We have 4 practices and each team has a scrimmage game in preparation for the actual showcase games. On Friday the official showcase begins. In the Showcase each team has a minimum of a 4 game guarantee. So exciting for our 2009 and 2008 players who come from across the USA and Canada

We have invited coaches from Prep Schools, Junior teams and Colleges to get a look at our players This is a great opportunity for young guns to play with and against the top players from the USA Canada and Europe. It is a phenomenal exposure opportunity for them to come under the radar of the scouts.

Next week the Eels will be back with 7 teams in teh Sr Chowder Cup and teh following weekend we return with 11 teams in the 2007 and 2006 Junior Chowder Cup. A total of 26 teams in teh Pro Am Series this Spring and Sumer and another 4 in the USPHL Spring Showcase 30 teams!!! 600 players showcased to the scouts
