 The Florida Eels Elite Team Goes 3-1 At the IHC College Showcase. 

The Eels Elite team equally had an extremely impressive showing at the IHC College Showcase. The games went as follows:

Eels 4 Junior Bruins 3 SO

Eels 5 IHC  8 OT

Eels 6 Northern Cyclones 5

Eels 7   Hartford Jr. Wolfpack 2

The college coaches were indeed impressed with the high skill set demonstrated by our Elite players. All of our 1998 players were recruited by 2 or more colleges at the event and GM Scarpaci received a dozen more calls from coaches watching Hockey TV. The Eels showed explosive speed. Strong passing. Systematic and relentless attack on net. Tenacious fore-checking
