General Manager Frank Scarpaci and Premier Coach Frank Scarpaci III are heading to Montreal Canada this weekend on their first of three scouting trips for next season. The Eels always have done very well with Canadian players and this year they are back on track to scout recruit and sign some of the top Canadian players. We find these guys to be hard working focused and determined individuals. The come from modest  backgrounds so they know how important to make the most of every opportunity. They are no nonsense  individuals and have their eye on the big picture: Player Development and Advancement to College in the USA.
