The Florida Eels Elite Team Weekend Ice Cap

Well folks the Elite team was scorching hot this weekend. They had 13 goals and only allowed 1 goal against. The boys traveled to Daytona for their weekend home and away series and had the 2nd game. A game that had delays and it meant the boys would be a bit tired from a 5 hour trip 3 hours Premier game ahead of them and ice delays. You would think they would be flat and disjointed. To the contrary. The team was fired up and DME was taken by storm. The game plan: They had to get to what they are accustomed to and that is a relentless forecheck and create loose pucks. In fact, if you look at the last 5 games the Eels average 5 goals per game. But these goals emminate from the system employed and it is speed “Work Ethic”
